Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2025
We care about your privacy. This policy explains what information BridgeQA collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both our website (bridgeqa.com) and our Chrome extension (BridgeQA).
At a glance
- We collect only the information we need to provide the service.
- On the website, that’s your sign-up details and analytics.
- In the extension, that’s your Google login, the Figma frames you choose to connect, and any comments you create.
- We store frame URLs, not frame images. Images are cached locally in your browser, not on our servers.
- You control your information and can delete your account or request deletion at any time.

From our Chrome extension (BridgeQA)
When you use the extension, we collect:
- Google login (your account email) to create and manage your account.
- Figma frames you choose to connect, including the frame URL, file key, and node ID.
- Your Figma API access token and refresh token. These are encrypted and stored securely in our database. They are only used to fetch the frames you explicitly connect.
- Comments and screenshots you create inside the extension, including priorities and status.
What we don’t collect:
- We do not access your full Figma account or file list. Only the specific frames you connect.
- We do not store frame images on our servers. Images are cached locally in your browser while you use the extension.
