These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BridgeQA, including our website (bridgeqa.com), dashboard (app.bridgeqa.com), and Chrome extension (“BridgeQA” or “the Service”). By using BridgeQA, you agree to these Terms.

At a glance

BridgeQA is a Chrome extension + web dashboard for on-page design QA and collaboration.
You need an account (Google + Figma login) to use it.
Free plan = overlay only. Pro plan = comments + collaboration.
During beta, Pro features are free. After beta, Pro is billed per seat/month via Stripe.
No refunds are provided.
Don’t misuse BridgeQA (no reverse-engineering, no account sharing, no illegal use).
BridgeQA is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect damages.
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for misuse or stop providing the service.

1. Service description

BridgeQA is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that helps teams run website QA and design reviews.

What it does: overlay Figma frames on live websites, add screenshot comments, track issues, and collaborate with teammates.
Figma connection: we only access frames you explicitly connect, via Figma’s API. We store frame URLs (not images) and cache images locally in your browser.
Scope: Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time, especially while we’re in beta.

2. Accounts & access

To use BridgeQA, you must log in with Google OAuth and connect your Figma account.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
We may suspend or revoke access if accounts are misused (e.g. spamming, sharing logins, attempting to reverse-engineer the service).

3. Plans & billing

Free plan: overlay functionality only.
Pro plan: commenting, replies, priorities, to-do/done tracking, collaboration.
Beta period: Pro features are free during beta.
After beta: Pro is billed per seat/month via Stripe.
No refunds: All payments are final. If you cancel your subscription, your payments will stop, but we do not refund unused time.

4. Use restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of BridgeQA.
Share your account with others.
Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

BridgeQA IP: We own all intellectual property rights in the software, brand, and service.
Your content: You own the comments and screenshots you upload. If you delete your account, this content is permanently deleted.
Figma frames: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect Figma files and frames.
Shared comments: Comments created in BridgeQA are visible to anyone who has permission to the same Figma frame and connects it in BridgeQA. This mirrors Figma’s permission model.

6. Liability limits

BridgeQA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (e.g. Figma, Stripe, Google) or user actions (e.g. sharing access improperly).

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and removes your comments/screenshots.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to stop providing the Service at any time (e.g. if we shut down the business). If that happens, your account and data will be deleted.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.

9. Beta disclaimer

BridgeQA is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. By using BridgeQA during beta, you understand the Service may not be stable and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
